Master Service Agreement (MSA) All services provided by CSS are subject to a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA). The MSA outlines the scope, terms, and conditions of the services to be provided by CSS. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in the MSA.

Limitation of Liability CSS shall not be held liable for any injury, incident, or loss that occurs during or after the completion of our services. By engaging our services, you understand and accept that CSS assumes no responsibility for any damages or losses incurred as a result of our services.

Success Guarantee CSS does not guarantee the successes of a client's safety culture or safety ratings including but not limited to EMR Rates, TRIR, DART, etc. Our role is to provide consulting and guidance; however, the ultimate responsibility for implementing and maintaining a safe work environment lies with the client.

Payment Terms All payment terms shall be outlined in the signed MSA between CSS and the client. Payments are due within 7 days of receiving an invoice from CSS unless otherwise stated in the MSA.

Personal Privacy Protection Policy CSS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Personal Privacy Protection Policy, which can be found on our Website.

Appointment Confirmation Scheduled appointments made through committedsafetyservice.com are not guaranteed until confirmed by a CSS representative. We will make every effort to accommodate your requested appointment time but reserve the right to reschedule if necessary.

Compliance with Regulations CSS performs all work within the local, state, and federal compliance of regulations to the best of our knowledge at the time of service. However, it is the client's responsibility to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Legal Representation and Advice CSS does not act as legal representation nor provide legal advice in the case of litigation against the client through any local, state, or federal governed organization. It is recommended that clients seek independent legal counsel for any legal matters.

Intellectual Property All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by CSS remain the exclusive property of CSS. Clients and users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any CSS intellectual property without prior written consent.

Amendments CSS reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
