Initial Site Audit
Our initial first audit performed will be accompanied by a full site RISK assesment. This will set the tone for where your company's safety culture is currently.

This will allow us to create a specific roadmap in implementing our solutions for each deficiency observed.
Site Specific Audits
All audits are specifically tailored to the company's operational scope to ensure the appropriate standards are applied to the observations made.
Audit Observations
Once the initial audit has been completed, CSS will compile all observations paired with the corosponding violation(s) and fine amounts.

For each deficiency listed, CSS will provide feasible mitigation measures along with a comprehensive plan to implement the corrective actions.
Assurance & Maintenance
After the intial site audit has been performed, with a dedicated roadmap in place, CSS will continue to audit the site to monitor improvement progress.
